We are going to lay tiles in the hallway, 300x600mm tiles, and there is currently a plastic mat there. This is on the middle floor. My question is whether I need to lay gypsum boards and if 6mm renovation gypsum would work in that case?

What kind of floor joists are under the plastic mat?

Hi!

Had to bring out the papers...(moving in two weeks) It says flooring: Light concrete.
So that means I don't need to lay boards at all I assume. I assumed it was wood.
