Hello!
We are in the process of installing steel studs on a basement wall, and started to wonder how to fasten the radiator?! Is it sufficient to just use some drywall plugs afterward, or should we do something more stable behind? Or should we adjust according to how the studs are positioned and screw into them?

Grateful for any help!

finally, you either place noggins in the frame where you will attach the radiator or use steel studs, but molly plugs also work

You can also place a 0.7 mm sheet metal strip behind the drywall (or between the drywall sheets if you have two layers) and then screw the element brackets with mounting screws.

It was good that there were so many options... Now I just have to choose! I guess it depends a bit on where the element is supposed to be in relation to the studs...
