My clumsy butt knocked over a bucket with about two liters of water in the attic today. Raw wood planks with "flis" of some kind for insulation with insulation boards under that and finally a kind of black paper which I understand is supposed to breathe (so no plastic). The raw wood planks are well attached with a lot of screws and nails. 60s house. It's not exactly warm outside now, so I don't know how this will dry. What do you think I should do?

It's drying up. Take it easy.

Sounds like there is a lot that can absorb the moisture so it can dry in peace and quiet afterwards. It's probably worse if it runs straight through and dissolves ceiling plaster or something else. So you probably don't need to worry too much about the moisture, more about if there's anything else that can be damaged. Any electronics or electrical boxes that might get filled with water, you might want to break a fuse. The ground fault circuit interrupter might also shut off then, so it can get a bit cold in the house and/or warm in the freezer, so keep an eye on that.
