Going to install the upper cabinets in the kitchen. What wood screw is suitable to use when there are double drywall sheets (13+13mm) and then there is a 45*70 stud that the screw will be seated in. What dimension does it need to be to hold sufficiently in the stud?

As a rule of thumb for screws, at least half of the screw should be in the fastening element, while for nailing, at least 2/3 applies. So in your case, you should have a screw that goes in at least 36 mm into the beam, so you end up with 70-80 mm. I would probably choose 80 mm.
It's an IKEA kitchen, so the back of the cabinet is just a thin chipboard a couple of mm thick, plus the mounting. So I've found mounting screws that are 4.2x65mm. This means that at least half the screw should go into the stud. (Backside + mounting + double drywall = about 30mm. Then about 35mm of the screw remains, which should be enough. Let's hope the cabinets stay up... luckily she's the one who cooks
Do you really have studs at all the attachment points or have you recessed noggings?
Well, maybe I was a bit stingy I probably didn't really consider the back of the cabinet.
But considering how heavy a wall cabinet can become versus how rarely (never) you hear about falling cabinets, I think the screws are overemphasized.
