AJ! That doesn't look fun at all and shouldn't be shown in there before proper measures have been taken.
Cracked rafters are not fun and can collapse with a lot of force.

It looks like that's also the reason why the wall has moved outward.

My advice is to bring in a carpenter immediately.

"Settled" was not a little understatement either, the roof trusses have basically broken.

If it lasts until autumn, you can't expect more. They can come down after the next snowfall. The advantage of these old roofs is that a part can collapse without damaging the rest.

The wall band (hammarband) should be inserted and anchored. Then I would replace the broken rafters with new timber. Alternatively, nail a new full-length plank alongside.
This construction relies on the wall band preventing the rafters from sliding out. If they slide out, they break and lose all stability.
Fortunately, it's relatively simple to repair.

15 min/ a quarter of an hour, get out immediately so you don't have the roof on you and make sure to craft new roof trusses as soon as possible.
