I am going to redo the ceiling in the bathroom. I want a completely smooth ceiling without seams and therefore plan to put drywall on the ceiling. The question is whether I can use wall panels or if I have to buy ceiling drywall panels? I have two regular wall panels that are 900x2500, and if I use them, I'll only have a thin seam in the middle to fill with plaster, or will it go wrong?

It works excellently to install regular gypsum on the ceiling.

Will you frame it beforehand, use sparse paneling? You can use sparse paneling with cc30 in that case if you want to be 100% sure that you won't get any sagging in the boards over time.

Perhaps it's better to have two joints on the ceiling. If you have exactly 180 wide, you might want to cut the first sheet and set the non-beveled edge against the wall/ceiling angle, then a whole sheet, and finally the remaining half. It's a bit more troublesome to fill the beveled edge when it's against a corner.

The room is 1630 wide so I thought about cutting both panels a little so there will be a seam in the middle. The edge against the wall is not that crucial because new panels will be put on the walls and then tiles. I thought I would replace the ceiling before the mason and carpenter start their work.
