Maybe that's why tiles are placed on dead material like gypsum, minerit, etc., which don't move??

Yeah, then you might as well put a lump on one edge of each sqm, right?

Doesn’t really work practically for a tiler to have a micron meter with them...If you think a bit, you'll probably understand that it should be distributed over the entire surface.

Then I can agree that it's gotten a bit hysterical not to use drywall...if you do it right with today's waterproofing, drywall would work...

Nice that jon_h is back...haven't seen him in a while!!
