Lower floor joists

Hi
I'm renovating the bathroom, which has a very low ceiling.
I can raise the ceiling a little but would like to lower the floor a bit too.
Today there are joists that are 95*145? I think, I haven't measured.
Can you cut these and "notch" them down about 50mm?
What dimension must they be at least, or should I forget this completely?

Or other suggestions.

to remove 50mm from the joist if you start with 145-studs I think sounds like it wouldn't work. sounds like it would be too weak.

One way, although quite cumbersome, is to cross-brace between your 145 studs with, for example, 95 studs. You place these 22 mm below the edge of the 145 studs. Then you lay the floor chipboard on the cross-braces so that they align with the 145 studs. You only save 22mm and it's a lot of extra work, so it's probably not worth it.

I would not notch out for such relatively weak studs.

After measuring the studs and noting that they are only 45*95, I will not lower the floor, just raise the studs. Is it enough to set them at 30cc, or should I cross brace as well?

Which board(s) should I then use on the studs as a base for electric floor heating? The floor should be built up as little as possible.

Joists of 45x95, what span do those joists have? Sounds very flimsy. Normally, one would use cc30 joists if laying tiles, but if you have such flimsy joists in the floor, the question is whether that's sufficient. How big is the bathroom?

It is only 4 square meters in size.
There were 22mm tongue and groove planks on top of the joists before, and on that, a plastic mat.

I will have tiles now and therefore I will space the joists at cc30
