what technology do you use to align the ground anchors? "Wave fence" is not super-pretty ;)

I used mason's string 😀

also bought it recently but the earth anchors tend to become both twisted and not quite end up where I want.. but maybe I'm just doing it wrong :)
currently trying to make a square but haven't figured it out yet...
do you use your judgment to see if the string is straight?

one always decides how many cm the earth anchor protrudes above the ground. and then you saw off from the posts with a board as a ruler for example.

do you use eye measurement to see if the string is straight?
A taut string can only be straight... ;)
If you're thinking about the square having right-angled corners, cross measurement is a suitable method.

When you tighten the mason's line and think it's tight, tighten it a little more 🙂

Just thought I’d share how I installed my ground anchors.
I drilled a guide hole with a long 16mm concrete drill bit using the hammer drill. That way you can control the direction fairly well. Then I inserted the anchor by hand as far as it would go.
I then set the hammer drill to chisel mode and attached a flat chisel.
After that, it was just a matter of driving in the anchor with the hammer drill.

If the ground is hard, you might need some form of plate at the bottom to prevent the anchor from splitting at the base.

Hope this helps someone :)
