The wall is not load-bearing. I live in a similar house in the same area as yours depending on the humidity, that wall sometimes hangs loosely even. It's just a loose wall placed over a stud nailed to the floor.
When we removed ours, we cut it about 20cm down from the ceiling. (All the house's electrical conduits are in the upper part of the wall.) And we just lifted away the part that stood loose at the bottom. We've checked with carpenters and neighbors.
The trusses only rest on the exterior walls. Several people in the area have removed that wall.
Attached is a picture of our kitchen seen from the living room when the wall is completely gone.
