How should I renovate an exterior concrete staircase to a villa?
The current exterior stairs, which are made of concrete, are painted with some kind of paint.
Anti-slip protection has been applied to the steps to reduce the risk of slipping when they are wet and in winter.
The steps and entrance area have eroded in patches and the holes are a few cm deep. See pictures.
Are there any suggestions on how I can repair the stairs and make them nice and practical again?

Yesterday I found partial answers to my question on byggahus. See:

If there is more knowledge, it is naturally interesting.
One option is to build a new staircase, but it seems cumbersome since railings also need to be installed.
Possibly there are ready-made staircases available for purchase that might fit?
