Installed new windows in the basement. On the inside, there is now a large gap. How do you plaster against the window and at the same time have a nice finish towards the frame?
As you can see, the concrete slopes up towards the frame.

The easiest is probably to buy some plaster mix. Easy to apply with a regular spatula. If it were my house, maybe I would have chosen to plaster it with render.

I have bought a very fine-grained concrete as it seems to be the norm today. But it is torn a bit towards the frame that I'm wondering how to get a nice straight finish against.

Spackling against the window frame causes cracks all around.
I had used drev and sealant and finished with a smygläst all around, like 8x33 or some other dimension that covers.

Yes, they are an option. I don't understand how they managed before with the old windows and placed mortar all the way against it.
Considering placing something against the frame and plastering towards it, then filling the final gap with soft sealant.
