Let's do some calculations:

Assume that three 100 kg guys jump up and sit on the edge.
The twisting moment is then about 0.1 m (overhang) x 300 kg = 30 kgm

Counter-moment 0.05 m (half the width of the wall) x 1.2 m (length) x 300,000 kg/m2 (adhesive strength) = 18,000 kgm.

The safety margin is therefore 600 times greater.

They'll need to have very tidy bottoms, those three guys, if they're only going to sit on the edge...
