Heart pine instead of Siberian Larch?
Hello,
we are planning to build a large terrace in tiers and initially planned to construct it with Siberian Larch because we like how it ages and it is naturally impregnated. Considering the global situation, the availability of Siberian Larch is understandably limited.
We are thinking that we should instead build with kärnfuru.
Does anyone have experience building terraces with kärnfuru or knowledge about the differences between the materials and their characteristics?
We would appreciate as much sharing of experiences and tips as possible.

Saw your three-year-old post here as I'm currently seeking the same type of experience before we make our decision. It seems your question went unanswered, but how did it turn out for you in the end?
