Front door for rental apartment
There is no staff, I believe the social services rent it from the landlord and it affects us. For example, people who didn't live in the building used my outdoor furniture and urinated on my neighbor's plants.H Hans G2 said:Building regulations, fire regulations and the like are not retroactive but are based on when it was built. If it was approved according to the rules that applied when it was built, it is generally okay.
This also applies to changed use. For example, if you convert a laundry room into an apartment, the requirements that apply at that time need to be met.
Then it depends on the type of activity being conducted. Is it just a regular apartment that the social services rent out to someone with social issues? Or is it accommodation with staff providing care or similar? An apartment has lower requirements than a care facility.
But it doesn't affect your apartment or door, as there's been no change in use there; as long as the requirements were met at the time of building, it's okay.
Because we have a shared rooftop terrace with private outdoor areas.
You are mixing two things, your door and other tenants.
Your door is based on what is noted from the building's age.
The other is which tenants the property owner accepts.
The simple answer is that you most likely cannot influence anything unless you get the property owner on your side.

We'll see, I'll get back with more info.A AndersS said:
