I wonder if anyone here can tell me how a potential frame-up of a partition wall should be done on a floor where the transverse floor joists on the ceiling level do not align with the planned load-bearing partition wall?

Do you put noggins between the joists!? What dimensions and spacing should you have, etc.?

I hope someone here understood what I'm referring to above without having a drawing attached.
 
No, what do you mean? Are you going to introduce a load-bearing inner wall where the intermediate floor has not been dimensioned for this (like having a corresponding load-bearing inner wall on the floor below)?

It's best if you try to explain it more carefully or sketch the whole thing.
 
I don't understand what needs to be done either. So a sketch would be good.
 
The intermediate floor joists run in the same direction as the interior wall I want to install.

The problem is that I need to frame it somehow if I don't install the interior wall after laying the floor chipboards, but that's not the correct way to go. So the question is how to frame between the floor joists where I want to have the load-bearing interior wall.
 
Do you really mean to suddenly throw in a load-bearing partition wall?
 
Why would it be load-bearing?
They're just saying the wall underneath is load-bearing.

1. Screw glue a piece of 28x70 onto the beam, on each side in the bay.
The upper edge of the 28x70 should be 115mm below the upper edge of the floor joist.

2. Place a 45x70 on these. Toe-screw from above into the beam. (If the joist spacing is cc60).

3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 with appropriate cc spacing. Maybe 60cm?

4. Place a 45x120 along the joists (if you're using 45x70 for the wall) on the 45x70s.

This should be level with the joists as support for the upcoming floorboard.

5. Place a 45x70 on top of the 45x120 as the baseplate for the wall.

Add another beam to place the wall on.
 
But it's a bit strange.
You have a load-bearing wall on the lower floor. Is that wall running in the same direction as the intermediate floor?
Then there will be a load-bearing wall upwards.
What is it supposed to support, rafters?
 
Could it be that the partition wall on the upper floor is not load-bearing?
Then it's just a matter of placing it on the floorboards.

relatively simple solution if you thought about it. based on your attitude, it doesn't seem like a serious question.

Yes, that way you get a stable setup of the wall itself. But if the new interior wall is really going to be load-bearing, i.e. transferring roof loads to the intermediate floor, it doesn't feel okay unless you've prepared for this. In practice, I want a corresponding load-bearing interior wall on the floor below.

An intermediate floor is dimensioned to not bend with normal furniture and person load at the current span. To add roof loads on this can be problematic, especially here up north where I live (snow zone 3.0).

To TS, yes, this forum is full of web-surfing builders, but also full of knowledge and goodwill. I don't know how to interpret your "attitude posts".
