I was wondering if there's anyone here who has used Finja 280, does it flow well and how is the surface?
According to Finja, it's suitable for a basement since it withstands moisture migration and you can tile directly on top of it, which sounds really nice. Additionally, it can be applied in layers from 5-100mm.

280 doesn't flow out particularly well, it's hard to level with it if you're not used to it. But of course, it depends on how thick you're going to apply it; the thicker, the better the flow. There are probably fillers that are better suited for your purpose, check out Ardex products for example. They are very good at fillers.
I've looked a bit at Ardex products, but the one that suits me best there is called K301 and it's in a different price range than Finja's. Additionally, it would require at least two layers since it can be applied with a maximum of 30mm per layer, and the surface I need to cover has an average thickness of 25-30mm and is deeper in some places.
If I find it difficult to get it level, could I perhaps apply a thin layer, say 5mm, of something more self-leveling on top? And what would you recommend in that case? I'm most attracted to 280 because of the price, around 175kr/25 kg, but of course, stinginess shouldn't prevail.
