Feel free to sort out who is right and who is wrong, but refrain from personal attacks!
yes, that's unfortunate!

Who is right then? :)
1N = 100g or 10kg? (or however it was reasoned earlier in the thread).

Sometimes I wonder what is heavier.
1 kg of lead or 1 kg of feathers?

I might as well share my reflection here with the original poster... I've just finished insulating the sloped ceiling with 390mm (195+195) at a 38-degree angle... Putting aside that it was devilishly hard work considering I had to do it from walkways over the underlying frames where we have an open space up to the ridge, I used mason's string at 30cm intervals to support the insulation so it wouldn't fall down... it sags just a little, and with 21mm paneling, you shouldn't have any problems.

Now I plan to add plastic and then set 45x45 horizontally with insulation to break the thermal bridges...

And this is in Halland:-) For those who think it's too much insulation, I can only say that insulation during new construction is cheap... adding more afterward is expensive. So why not go a bit extra to ensure you're covered... a heat pump is all that's needed in our house... to cool in the summer;-)

They are equally heavy, you know...
But it probably hurts more to get 1 kg of lead on the toe. ;)

Now, the dispute was about whether to use factor 10 or 9.82, and that was made clear at the end of the dispute. Enough said about this.
