I hope this is the right part of the forum, even though it involves calculations on a smaller scale. It mainly concerns the dimensioning and partly also the mounting of brackets for a large bathroom vanity in terrazzo.
Depending on the design, I estimate it will weigh around 65-75 kg. Then it needs to handle additional load if someone were to lean on/hang from the vanity or if, for example, a child were to climb on it.
In other words, the brackets need to be quite sturdy. What I'm wondering is how sturdy? And how should these be most effectively designed and mounted to the wall?
Another challenge is that we don't want it to extend down too much. We only have 160mm in height to work with. Anything below that height will be visible since the vanity is meant to be freely hanging. I believe it is clear from the attached drawing what I mean. I don't want the bracket itself to protrude too much under the vanity and be visible from a distance. It would obviously be better if it could be higher with a better contact surface against the wall, but if it's possible to keep it within 160 mm, that would be great. In the worst case, if you don't think it will hold, we can lower it a few cm more and still keep them relatively hidden.
The rear wall consists of structural concrete, waterproofing, adhesive, and 12mm terrazzo on the surface (Will it withstand the pressure/force from the brackets?). The side wall is a light framework construction.
In addition to this sturdy bracket, we would also need another one for a lower shelf. This is, however, made of lacquered MDF, so the weight itself is not particularly high. However, it must support, for example, a larger child managing to stand on the board at the front edge, for instance. Unfortunately, it's the same situation where we have minimal height to work with due to pipes running very close under the shelf. Therefore, this would need to be only 60-70mm high nearest the wall and narrower at the end. Perhaps, for example, it could be manufactured as a U according to desired dimensions? See the sketch for how I imagine it spontaneously. You're welcome to suggest a better solution here as well if you have other ideas.
As mentioned, ideas on how this should be designed are welcome. I expect to need to find a blacksmith to have these specifically made for my purpose. I will need to develop a sketch or drawing for this as a starting point, but I'm unfortunately not capable of calculating or estimating something like this.

It is a stone bathroom vanity, or actually terrazzo. It is glued and inherently stable so it doesn't need a frame or anything to rest on. Instead, I am thinking of 3 supports/brackets that can be adjusted and bear the weight.
