Hi!

I need to fix the cladding around the loggia/balcony. Right now, water is leaking above the cladding, which I suspect has then run inside the masonite on the interior.

Does anyone have an elegant solution? I’ve tried googling images of similar constructions but haven’t found anything.

What I believe is the original cladding can be seen in the picture between the new paneling. The house is additionally insulated.

Best regards,
Jonas

No one has any tips?
Maybe it's just a matter of using masonite again and trying to make it better and tighter than the previous owner managed.

I was considering putting some sheet metal above the trim, similar to the flashing over windows. But I'm not sure if it can be done nicely...

Don't really understand the construction, but a splash shield is never wrong. Cut slits in the shield, use right-hand shears on the left side to make the upper sheet lay over the lower one and vice versa on the other side for the part that extends over the frame. Above, you also cut and place a smooth sheet cut to the correct radius.
