Hello!
Sorry if I'm using jargon, it happens easily when you're used to it at work. The girl looks at me strangely sometimes when we talk about renovation.
TRP sheet is the term for the type of sheet you have above the insulation in the pictures. I'm not sure, but I think the name comes from Trapezoidal profiled sheet.
What I meant by the insulation being on the "wrong" side of the sheet is that if you insulate as it is done in your pictures, then the sheet is on the side of the insulation that is cold, that's what insulation does, it stops heat. And on a cold hard surface, humidity condenses (think cold beer bottle on a warm summer day).
If the insulation were on the outside of the sheet, the sheet would be on the warm side and the humidity wouldn't condense on the sheet.
Alternatively, you could have a plastic film that stops moisture in the air, and that plastic film should be on the warm side of the insulation for the same reason.
An air gap, as it's called, is simply a small distance between two materials, like between a facade board and the wall structure itself, that distance allows air to move and thereby carry moisture and let materials breathe, so to speak. It's important that this air has the opportunity to move out through a gap at the top and one at the bottom, as warm air rises.
