Well.. All but one window in the current house are wider.Rejäl said:

Edit.. By the way, H-windows can almost always be unhooked.. which means it's enough if the diagonal is >120 and a bit more.
Have exactly the same problem in our stairs. 120 cm impossible to get up no matter how you do it even though the handle was removed. The first time the problem arose, we took the bed up and down via the balcony, really hard work even with tie-down straps. The balcony is now glazed and completely renovated so not an option. The second time we had to go with a 105 bed, it just fit without removing the railing.

We arranged a lift-in of a 160cm bed on the second floor with a wheel loader. It cost a cake. Straight in through the big windows.H Hhallden said:
