Can you use grout after the expiration date?

Hello,

I have received a whole box of sealant from a friend, SikaHyflex-402 Connection, in 600 ml sachets. The expiration date of the sealant has passed by almost 2 years, and the original shelf life is 1 year from manufacture. Do you think it is still usable? It is said to have been stored correctly, and the sachets are, of course, unopened.

If the consistency is as it should be, and it feels normal to work with, then it's perfectly fine. That is, you'll notice immediately upon opening/use if it's okay or not.
