Build in cabinet in outer wall

Hi, is it possible to build a tall cabinet into an exterior wall?
We are considering building a tall cabinet into the exterior wall in the bathroom.

You will lose a lot of heat through the cabinet as the insulation becomes less.

Heat loss is something that can sometimes be lived with. However, make sure that the vapor barrier remains intact behind the cabinet to prevent condensation in the wall. However, if you have too little insulation behind the cabinet, you may get condensation in the cabinet!
