Ok, billigamarkprodukter.se might be named what they are because they try to keep costs down, but it feels a bit unprofessional that you can first see that the item is in stock and then choose the free option to pick it up from the warehouse in Upplands-Väsby (and since I drive past Upplands-Väsby where they have the warehouse quite often, I chose that option).

The next day comes a message that, no, the goods are in the Lidköping warehouse, so I have to pay a shipping fee of 750 SEK to get what I've ordered.
I then try to point out that I chose pickup from the warehouse in Upplands-Väsby but get the response that I am free to pick it up in Lidköping, but if I want the items to Stockholm, I have to pay shipping.

It feels a bit like "bait n' switch" to first offer a free option and then suddenly slap on a horrendous shipping cost...

Anyone else experienced the same thing?

Ha ha, what the heck, it says in the purchase terms on their website:

All orders over 6700 kr are delivered freight-free. For orders under 6700 kr, a flat rate shipping fee of 350 kr is charged.

350 kr to have the goods delivered to you, 750 kr if you pick it up yourself in other words :(

It became 550 SEK after a bit more nagging...
