By chance, I found interesting images under the term béton ciré. Does anyone know what kind of concrete this is and what it might be called in Swedish? It resembles tadelakt but on a site I found, these two were under different headings, so they don't seem to be the same.
If you look at this page, you will see that it appears to be a special type of surface finish, not just "smooth concrete".
