Have discovered that the implementation for the ventilation from the bathroom/toilet? is not completely sealed...

It's a house from Smålandsvillan.

How should this be fixed in the best way?

It is the screws underneath that have pushed up the sheet metal.

Remove the screws that are underneath, loosen and then screw in the screws that press the sheet metal against the edge.

So the screws underneath can be skipped entirely?

Can't say since we don't have any picture from inside the attic.

Here you have pictures from inside.

Some kind of plastic pipe. Is it supposed to look like that?
I noticed that moisture was coming in, according to SMV it's due to the temperature difference between inside and outside.
I think it's more due to the pipe not being sealed against the roof / incorrectly installed. But I'm no expert.

That is incorrectly assembled.
If approached from the inside, it should be one of the following two options (I don't remember which it should be):
Svallet - rubber sealing - plastic fitting - metal ring.
Or Svallet - plastic fitting - rubber sealing - metal ring

Black plastic pipe incorrectly installed through wooden ceiling, with visible cap and connections.
This is how it looks for us.

Thank you! Thought it looked a bit strange.

So it should be mounted from the outside and then screwed in with the gasket and metal ring?

I guess I need to buy a new one since this one has several screw holes.

Yes, it should be installed from the outside.

Now that I've thought about it a bit more, I'm leaning more towards option two, swall-plastic-rubber-metal.

That sounds reasonable.

What is the flexrör called? Where can one buy a new one?

Whatever you do, do not trust Ritz Sandström from Smålandsvillan. Had we done as he said (he personally checked on site), we would have built in the incorrectly installed pipe forever.
