Hello!
I have a concrete balcony that is unfortunately in poor condition. Moisture has penetrated the balcony, causing the concrete on the underside of the balcony to start coming off in certain places. Where the concrete has come off, rusty reinforcement bars are visible.
The question is, how should one go about renovating the balcony?

Sto has an action plan, quite simple actually.
Sounds very interesting! But I don't understand. What is Sto and where can one find the action plan? [/quote]Svenne Banan said:
www.sto.se Try calling them? I don't know of any "retailer" that sells their products to customers, without work so to speak.
Where I lived before, we had exactly the same phenomenon you describe, and then they chipped away what was loose and then built a mold and cast new..
The mortar is probably quite expensive but supposed to be very good... The result was brilliant and after 3 years it still holds

Oh, that Sto is too complicated for me. Seems targeted at the professional market. I'm just a happy amateur who wants to renovate my balcony with simple, yet reliable methods. Please, is there anyone who can give a description of the procedure and which products to use?
