Ok, then I'm with you. I have wooden studs and there will be gypsum, so it will be a bit heavier and can go with cc 90 to be on the safe side.

It was mostly so you would want to avoid drilling so much. You can screw up the frame and load-bearing studs in the ceiling and attach cross studs with angle irons to the load-bearing studs.
