It's raining (! :-) ) alarms about mold problems related to gypsum.

Exterior gypsum as wind/weather protection outside insulation: Molds if the facade isn't completed in time (before the autumn rains).

Gypsum boards in bathrooms (as a base for tiles): Water seeps through the moisture barrier, and the surface paper on the gypsum boards molds. Sooner or later.

Gypsum under styrofoam + plaster in facades.

The next step is probably gypsum flooring under tiles in wet rooms, and ceiling gypsum that molds. When will it stop?

In all these cases, it's the surface paper that absorbs moisture and molds. And that's obvious. Slice a piece of bread. Cover one side with cling film so it doesn't dry out. Mold will appear within a day or two.

When will a gypsum board with an inorganic (=non-molding) surface come?

I thought floor gypsum and outdoor gypsum didn't mold? At work, we have some "newer" material instead of gypsum on some things, I don't remember what they're called but they look like a mix of cement and fiberglass and other stuff that's like plastic/stone-like.

Yes, they can also mold, especially floor gypsum which doesn't have any special treatment of the paper; it is just harder and stronger than regular gypsum. Exterior gypsum is wax- and mold-resistant treated, but this is not a guarantee against mold, it still needs to be handled correctly to function. Regarding wet rooms, there is special wet room gypsum which is more resistant to mold, but if regular gypsum doesn't work in a certain place in a construction, then wet room gypsum isn't the solution; one should choose another material, for example, fibercement that kvistarn talks about (Masterboard, Minerit, and so forth).

Gypsum is an excellent material if used correctly and protected against moisture during the construction period. As usual, damages mainly occur due to construction negligence and, to some extent, because the constructions are sensitive to such negligence. A smaller part is that the constructions simply aren't good, regardless of how well they are executed.
