Where we are building, the municipality would like to have all the plans, I would say... including VVS, electrical, ventilation, etc.

I will call the municipality this afternoon and check with them. I have a kit house, so maybe construction drawings are not needed if the house has been approved at some stage?

Should the municipality have an energy calculation for the house in the building permit application?
I have not had to submit any construction drawings for my houses, in two different municipalities.

Ok, thanks Anders, then maybe it's not needed here either, it's probably more common with stick-built houses I would think. Also, I've been thinking a bit, and the only change I consider likely is that I'd like to add an extra bedroom on the second floor where it is open to the ceiling from the TV room on the first floor. So the actual change is just to add a floor structure over the TV sofa, a carpenter should be able to fix that without drawings just by looking at how it looks in the house, right?

Anders, I assume you built it yourself and don't lack construction drawings or feel the need for them?

I have drawn, designed, and built myself. Naturally, I have drawings in various forms, for my own sake. But there are no "official" construction drawings.
