Hi, I have a house built in 74 with a basement. I have noticed that there are some cracks in the joints here in the basement ceiling, and I saw some concrete dust on the floor, is that normal? It seems like the previous owner painted in the joints which wasn't done in all the rooms. It seems like these are concrete slabs that lie from outer wall to outer wall and then there is a framework on top.
It looks like there are beams with blåbetong blocks. It's completely normal for it to move a little.
I have the same in my house from -65. I've applied painter's caulk on the seam and then painted, works great.

No, it emits radon, conduct a radon measurement if it hasn't already been done.
I had a high value but have resolved it with an FTX unit so now it's below the limit value.
