Hi I am almost done with the house in Vendelsö in Stockholm that I am building and wanted to have fiber there. I contacted oppenfiber and asked for an offer. I got the offer of 35000 sek with no operator binding and 32000 seckwith binding with Telia for 24 months but my neighbor had the offer of 20k sec with no binding and 17k with Telia binding and when I questioned Oppenfibre for the same that why there is a difference in offer for me and my neighbour, they replied with an answer that this is the final offer and they cant do anything about this.

My question here
1. Do Oppenfibre have Monopoly here or Do I have any other option other than accepting this offer of 32k sek?
2. Is it possible to question this on some forum that how they have calculated this price of 35k sek?

Thanks.

No, they most likely have no monopoly, but if their network is already present in your neighbourhood I doubt that any other company can connect you any cheaper.

The 20k sek price is often what they charge when you agree to join the "Öppen fiber" network before they start digging up the streets. Once the project is finished the customers joining after are charged a higher price.

I live on number 12 and number 10 (empty plot), number 8, number 6, number 7 have same offer to get fibre with 20k price and the delivery for that will be from Aug, 20 to Nov, 20 and the offer I have will be installed in 3-4 months so by July, 20 it should be finished. I checked their offer on https://bestall.oppenfiber.se/
I asked the customer service at oppenfibre If I can have fibre at the same time and price with them and they said no which sounds quite strange to me.
