Need help with the weeds in the Garden
Hello Garden experts, We put up a new lawn (gräsmatta) in our villa last September and this year I see that there is lot of different weeds coming in the garden which I have no idea and want some help in identifying those weeds and need a remedy to get rid of them.
I have not cut the grass even once, I was waiting to install the robot lawn mover which will happen next Monday so I will cut the grass for the first time on Sunday before the guys come for installation of the Robot.
10 days back I gave the fertilizer to the grass.
Also one more question regarding, I see lot of people do vertical cutting, overseeding to the grass. Do I need to do that to the new grass or putting fertilizer once a month is enough.

Picture 1 is ”snödroppar” they will only be pressent this time of the year.

The last one you have there I believe is "Åkerfräken" Equisetum arvense. Supposedly tough to get rid of completely, but if you are going to use your robomower it shouldnt be a problem as it will cut the weeds before they get a chance to disperse their spores. I believe they have a substantial root system though, not sure if it will get attenuated by cutting off the weeds.
Personally I dont consider Snödroppar or Vitsippor to be weeds at all. They are some of my favorite flowers in they way they herald the spring arriving. 
The only one I might care about to get rid of is the

I think indeed it's most likely Åkerfräken. We have them on our yard. They really dont bother me that much. And if you have them mostly on your lawn, your robomower will get to them quick enough so it shouldnt be a problem. If you really dont want them around, try to pluck them as soon as (and if) they pop up outside your lawn.A aksgir skrev:
As a side note, they actually sell this weed in health stores. You use it as a tea and it's supposed to improve hair growth. My barber told me I should try it
I wouldnt bother with fertilizer at all if I were you. Judging by your weeds you have fertile soil, no need for more fertilizer

This week suddenly I noticed a different type of grass. Can someone tell what grass is this? And possibly how to get rid of it if thats not good for the lawn. This has covered several patches in the lawn unfortunately.
Also starting to see some mushrooms also popped up in the lawn.

I'm not sure what grass it is, but if you move the lawn regularly i'm guessing it will disappear. Not many plants survive regular cutting (apart from grass, and dandelions and a few others...).
Åkerfräken/horsetail has several meters thin root and there is really no need to try to get rid of it! It's not very harmful in a garden.
It is, though, a serious weed for farmers as it can cause stomach illness for horses, also but less for cows, sheep and pigs
