Looking for references in Sodertalje or Stockholm for building inspectors
I have recently bought a villa in sodertalje. It is technically a new villa being bought directly from the developer. The only difference here is this villa was actually almost complete in 2024, but then was not finished due to some financial difficulties for the developer. He has now started the finishing works and the move in date is on 30th June. The slutbesiktning is supposed to be completed by mid June. As I am not a native here and because I am paranoid, I wanted to do a pre-inspection with my own inspector to make sure everything is okay, and if not, I will know what needs to be included in the slutbesiktning. I was looking for some reference for trustable inspectors in the area. I did not want to just go with anticimex as they are mostly only interested in selling me the hidden defect insurance. Any references is appreciated.
