Hjältevadshus - Mårbacka - 1996 - Taklutning 38

To start we've purchased a house built in 1996 and plan to renovate extensively to bring it up to current standards. I have downloaded all the ritnings from the building permit application arkiv but still lack quite a bit of information.
For starters, can anyone give me an actual idea of how many square meter it is (I purchased only based on bottom våning figure of 97.7 kvm) but I'd like to know if anyone has had the upper measured with the current standards? Does anyone have blue prints or other documentation that more in depth than the building permit plans? (I have contacted Hjältevadshus but they have said old plans and they don't have them.)
Would be interested how people have finished and floor plans. Particular interest in additional windows and upper bathroom solutions.
