Sorry my writting in swedish is not so good so I hope you can still help me if I write in english.
Lately I keep seeing more and more container houses and that is no necessary any permission to build this and I wonder if this is true.
Many times this houses come on top of a wooden/concrete structure that lifts the containers a meter over the land same as this houses. On top of this I guess if the house has a toilet you will need to have some sort of purines collection system and I think you need a permit for those. So in the overall this no permission is necesary seems too good to be true.

My question is, if I want to build my own container house, do I need any permission for the kommun? can i place as many containers as I want? Given no rules are needed can I place this houses on any type of terrain, farm or forest without any permission?

And more over can I ask kommun to get water and electricity for this type of houses??

Thanks again for your time.
/Jose

No no no.
This is sweden.
You need permisien from kommunen.
It is cald ”bygglov”

You definitely need permission, bygglov, to build a house.

....and you need a piece of property to build it on.....

As far as I understand the regulations say that if you have something moveable you do not need a bygglov like caravan små hus etc... I just want to understand where is the limit?

The second you place a caravan or a tiny house on a plot, with the intention to live in it, you need a building permit.
