BFIv Building regulations

Sorry for speaking in English. I moved recently in Sweden :/
Last year, We owned an house in Tyresö. Our plan was to increase the size of the house by sur-elevating the roof to be able to create rooms in the attic space.
I asked the municipilaty about what are the building regulation in this area and unfortunately they replied by sending pictures of old documents in Swedish that are making me confused. On the map, the house is written to be BFIv. So, if I have understood previous discussions in this forum, this mean that we have the right to have : 1 guest house + 1 main house which should be with only 1 floor or 1 floor + attic space. Have I understood correctly ? They sent another document saying exactly the revert of this (see picture). In addition, on this document, they are talking about max bruto area being 50kvm but according to läntmateriet the house is already 65sqm. If this document is true I don't really understand why the map say something different and how the farmer owners have been able to get the building permit. So finaly, according to your understanding ( probably better than mine
), what should I have the right to do, in order to increase the size of the house?
