Hello. Built a wall with lecablock.
First laid the foundation (see pictures) and let it dry for a day. Then plastered it with plaster mortar. Noticed it was a very thin layer of plaster mortar. But didn't think much of it. After it rained and several days later, the wall looks like this (see picture) incredibly annoying. Is it supposed to be like this?
Why doesn't it dry away when the sun has been on it for two days? Feels strange to me.
