Why bulges
No, the tiles don't need to be torn down, I would absolutely dare to say. The problem is on the outside of the wall you photographed. Try, as suggested above, to first take this up with the association. Then the bungling craftsmen will get at least two chances to correct the problem before taking it further.A Anna Olsson9713 said:

The same happened to us where Röris attached RiR to a drywall on the other side is a walk-in closet. The screw hasn't penetrated the paper on the drywall, but I discovered it too late when I painted the wall.
In my case, it's not bothersome since it's low down toward the floor. In your case, it needs to be addressed. But since the screws are part of the pipe installation, I would be careful trying to replace the drywall.
Perhaps it might be possible to very carefully use an angle grinder to just take off the outermost threads on the screw, then fill the hole that forms.
I can't explain the long streak.
Of course, you or the association should file a complaint about the job and demand that it be fixed.

Thanks! They are not completely done here in the apartment yet, I have sent a picture of this to them and they will come to check it on Wednesday. I will absolutely not fix this myself, they will send an invoice for what's left to pay, and I will hold on/dispute it if this is not fixed.S Småbrukaren said:The same happened to us where Röris attached RiR in a drywall that on the other side is a closet. Isn't it your housing cooperative that should receive any invoice or have you made additional orders?
