Which tiles to lay on the stairs and how to make it look good? (pictures of the result on p. 2)
The dents are about 3-4 mm deep and the staircase is made of concrete. We can't sand the staircase ourselves directly, at least I think so. I've been out looking for tiles today but didn't find anything sensible now either, so it will remain unfinished for a while longerNillinsim said:
We will check how much it costs to have the stairs sanded as the first option. The second is that my partner will look into the coatings and treatments used for balconies.
The third option is to leave it as it is.
My dad thought we should only put tiles on the lower part. Color is completely out of the question as I think painted floors are the ugliest thing there is. I really don't understand how anyone can do that at all.

Now I am completely convinced that you are super excited to see what my stairs look like.
My partner scraped the walls white and I made a lamp.
The electricity has been changed and a new basement door is in place.
There was a small issue with the light intake that the window in the old door provided, but the lamp is really strong and handles it well.
The stairs weren't sanded because the company couldn't do it, so they put a coating on them, painted, and varnished them.
I am super satisfied anyway.
