What should be used for filler/repair compound to fix damage around the basement window before plastering?

The plan is to build a mold around the window to ensure the repair is straight and neat.

It is a basement wall made of concrete blocks that will then be plastered, so I want a material that the plaster adheres well to.

Some regular plaster mortar C seems like a reasonable solution. Where you need to build thicker layers, you can apply masonry mortar B in stages.

The idea is to build a form around the window to ensure that the repair is straight and nice.

If you want to do it in one application, Finja's "laga vägg" is a good product that can be applied up to 100mm in one layer.
If you use plaster mortar B or C, you need to build up about 10mm at a time and let it dry before the next layer.
