I have a brick house from 1969 that has settled at one corner. Previous owners have made repairs that don't look very nice, wrong color and "coarseness" of the mortar. Can anyone see what I should use so the repair won't show? Is it just a matter of trying to "spray" the new mortar into the joints?

I thought that you always removed the joint to be able to put a new joint in place. Unfortunately, I have no idea what kind of mortar it is. It looks like it has white pigment.

At that time, they mixed the mortar themselves. Lime, cement, and sand. Making it completely invisible will probably require some mixing before it matches (fairly well).
