When do I need to reinforce self-leveling compound

I'm going to level a couple of rooms in the basement with self-leveling compound to get a good base for the tiles. The floor is concrete about 10cm thick, do I need to reinforce with welded mesh? The thickness of the self-leveling compound will vary between 10-40mm.

They don't write anything about reinforcement, Finja says reinforcement at 30 mm or thicker layers if you want to relate. So you can reinforce only at the deepest spots.
