Grabbers PTS screw might be something to consider. The head on these is incredibly small and it doesn't crack either. It's difficult to give better advice without knowing more about how you intend to use the screw.

I can highly recommend PTS screws (base screws). They cause about the same "impact" on the wood as a countersunk 50mm nail. I have used this to attach 120mm floor trim at the top because I only have gypsum + chipboard to fasten against. The screw pulls the trim really tight.
Thanks for the tips!
Then it'll be a PTS screw.
I will install double layers of råspont on a wall instead of one layer of råspont and one with panel.
I also don't want to use nails because the backside of the wall is covered with tiles.
The first råspont layer I have screwed with regular wood screws.
However, I want the outermost råspont to look somewhat nice and without large, visible screw heads.
