Looks like the paper we "made" in preschool from ... was it newspapers? I don't remember. Could it be that? Is this at a preschool?🤔

Where did you find them? How large are they? Is the material hard like stone/concrete or gypsum, or is it soft like paper? Does it swell when it gets wet?

The surface closest in the image looks like it has a texture as if wallpaper has been applied?
 
They are Eternit panels, have been used as roofing on some building. They contain asbestos.
