What is a reasonable price to pay for installing a Stepkit in a curved staircase with 29 steps?

Hello!

I'm planning to have Stepkit installed on my staircase which is curved and has 29 steps of slightly varying dimensions (between 90 and 120 cm wide, straight steps about 30 cm deep). It's essentially two staircases, one with 14 steps to the first floor and one with 15 steps to the second floor. Currently, there's linoleum that will be removed, and then Stepkit in oak will be installed.

I have received a quote for a total of 25,000 SEK including VAT and after ROT for the entire job. (The material would be approximately 11,000 SEK excluding VAT and the work 16,000 SEK excluding VAT. This is before the ROT deduction.) In the end, a step in the staircase would cost me 860 SEK including installation (25,000/29).

Does this seem like a reasonable price? Has anyone had Stepkit installed and can compare?

That corresponds to 40h of work. A week for that job sounds normal so there's really nothing to talk about.

When it comes to just the steps, I've had to pay 8000:- for 14 steps.
I was actually thinking of doing the work myself =)
