What am I doing?

Hello!
I am in the process of building a new garage and when I installed the ceiling (plasterboard), I accidentally chose screws that were too long. The screws went through the battens and punctured the vapor barrier in the ceiling. Can I leave it as is, or should I take it down and redo the plastic?

It was when I was about to put up the last 2-3 gypsum boards (2400x1200mm) that I took screws from the wrong jar.
