What am I doing wrong? =/

Went to the hardware store yesterday and checked the available lengths of plugs and screws: fischer has a plug that is 8x50, and wood screws were available in 6x60 and 6x75. Since plugs and screws are of different lengths, my next question arises:
How deep should I pre-drill and how should I insert the plug (see image):
According to option 1: Pre-drill all the way to the same length as the screw and let the plug sit in the first part.
option 2: Pre-drill all the way but let the plug sit all the way in.
option 3: Pre-drill as long as the plug's length and let the screw go the rest of the way.
Keep in mind that the wall is plaster/lightweight concrete and I will also be using assembly adhesive in the drill hole before fastening the screw and plug.

What the OP has probably encountered is thick layers of old porous plaster. Plaster, on the other hand, is somewhat of a hopeless material to attach things to.
Reasonably, the OP is looking for underlying material that is of a different type than pure plaster and fastens with a suitable method to it.
Or glues....
The hole should be a bit longer than the screw, which in turn should be a bit longer than the plug.
For example, plug - 40 mm - screw 45 - hole 50.
Regarding the length of the screw, it should be increased by the thickness of what is to be mounted, but since you are only mounting a steel (specifically sheet metal) stud, that thickness is negligible.

thanks for the reply, but in this case, there were no plugs that were similar in length to the screw, hence my question (case plug=50mm and screw=75mm) about the placement of the plug in the drill hole since it becomes significantly shorter than the length of the screw.
It seems like as far in as possible should be the best to ensure you get a grip? i.e., option 2.

Have drilled a bit deeper (about 7cm) where it came loose earlier and black dust comes out, very porous, almost sinks in with the drill, what kind of material is it?

Why should you lower the ceiling? How much should you lower it?

Why not hang the new ceiling from the old ceiling, as I suggested, then you would have avoided all the considerations about different materials, color of drill dust, and other factors.

You get a lot of advice from all sorts of places, but you don't seem to take any of it in.
You continue as if you had blinders on, drilling larger and larger, deeper and deeper holes.
A little warning at the end: Be careful with long drills and hammer drills. It has happened many times that apartment owners have carelessly drilled through walls, floors, and ceilings to the room next door, above, or below.
If it's into your own bathroom, maybe you just shrug it off.
But if you go through the wall/ceiling/floor to the neighbor, it can be embarrassing. And expensive.
Perhaps you should consider your skill level and call in a professional?

That's how all the wooden material was fastened that I demolished, and I can guarantee you it was fastened properly.
