Waterproof mortar

Is there any equivalent to Sika's waterproofing mortar that I can't find at any local building supply store? Does Weber's waterstop/surface enhancer work?

Need to seal a dug well. I've read everything about this but haven't found anything concrete suitable to perform this with.

Preferably the brand Finja if it works. The only place in Falun that had Weber's water stop was Interkakel with a five-liter canister for just over 750 SEK..

Old thread but I'm trying. How did the sealing go? I've read in many threads that people criticize the possibility of sealing from the inside?
